Summer Fun

It's officially summer, well at least for Mom and Dad.  We're done with school, and we're happy to be making the most of the time.  We've been lucky with excellent weather so far.

Happy 3rd Birthday, Alivia!

Sometimes we don't really notice the changed from month to month, but from two to three years, there were BIG changes for Liv.  It was the first time that she was excited about her birthday.  We loved every second.   We celebrated at Chuck E. Cheese (her choice) on her actually birthday, and we had a Pajamas & Breakfast party with other family and friends later on.  Both were so much fun.  Here are some pictures from.

Spring Pictures

So it's not actually spring yet.  I'm looking out the window at inches of snow on the patio, but three weeks ago we were playing on Grandpa's swing set and wearing flip flops to the grocery store.  The point is that we took spring pictures regardless of the temperature and weather.  Alivia was just short of her 3rd birthday, and Evan was almost 5 months.

Two is a Game Changer

I have no clue what I was thinking... Staying home with two kids is awesome, but it certainly isn't what I expected.  Exhaustion is an every day thing, but all of you moms already know that.  I'm not looking for pity here, I promise.  Somehow, between all of the crazy times (usually filled with puke, pee, and swim lessons), I managed to snap a few photos.  Here's what we've been up to the last few months.
