Wow! We've received a ton of phone calls and texts in the past few days from so many of you wishing all three of us well. We just wanted to tell you how grateful we are for all of the caring words and loving thoughts. We're so glad to FINALLY be able to share this news. Love you all!

The Cat is Out of the Bag...
So, the cat is finally out of the bag, and we feel pretty relieved:
1. Not to have to lie anymore (We got really good at that and plan on using it more at work!)
2. Not to have to be so careful about what we are saying around others
3. To be able to wear a shirt that doesn't disguise Elissa's bump
4. Not to have to make excuses for why Elissa isn't drinking
And most importantly...
5. To have made it past week 12, which is a huge milestone

How To...For You
A few people have emailed or texted asking how to make comments or follow the blog to get updates. So, I figured I'd write a quick post about it so that I only have to write this once. I know many of you are way more blog savvy than me, so if you have any other tips, please let me know.
To post a comment:
You can post comments on any page or about any post. At the bottom of the page or end of a post, find a pink link that says No Comments if no one has commented or Add Comment if someone has commented. Click on the link, and a text box will come up. Type your comment in (and your name only if you want to) and click the dropdown box. You can post by choosing Anonymous, which is what most people did or you can leave it as Google in the dropdown box. Then click submit comment. It won't show up immediately because we moderate all comments first.
How to Follow this Blog:
To get email notifications when the blog is updated, find the Follow Our Bump on a Blog by Email gadget in the left column. Just put your email address in the box, and click submit. Warning: This does get updated a lot, so if you get annoyed by lots of emails, this is not for you!
Hope I got that all right and that it helps!

Our Exercise Routine
Now that the morning sickness (Elissa refers to it as all-day sickness) has really eased up, we've been able to get back into somewhat of an exercise routine.
For the first time ever, we did yoga. Dr. Binor believes this to be the best exercise/labor preparation pregnant women can do. So, that Smart TV that Tony really wanted has come in handy. We search YouTube videos to change things up each day, and we've found some really good ones.
At first, I was thinking, "Yoga, really? This is not for me." However, I really, really like it. There are some great breathing exercises and stretches.
We've also been doing stability ball abdominal exercises, which I've also really liked. I needed to change up what we've done for so long. I think I'll use them even after Baby Kruse is born.
We've also been walking, but we will start running again soon. It was just to hard to move, let alone walk when I was as sick as a dog. So, we are looking forward to that. Let's just hope we can fit it into our schedules with school starting back up.

Yes, it's official. Baby Kruse #1 is on the way. We're in the middle of week 9, and have shared the news with our parents and siblings. To the rest of you, SORRY! You have to wait a bit longer.
